and that the term "Deep State" is used a little often by whackos

However, it's also true there are a lot of decisions made with little transparency and poor results by liberal bureaucrats that deserve some sunlight. So I enjoy when you confirmed whacked-out libs choose a splinter argument like this to avoid dealing with the mess your preferred politicians have brought on us.
