Illinois needs to elect a competent election commissioner. I am not an IT guy but I would suspect it should be standard practice to run a check of the voter rolls against an archived copy before sending them out to the polls. If not it definitely should be. There should be a slight difference due to last minute changes but wholesale differences should raise a red flag.
