The fact that everyone was predicting a HRC win was precisely why Obama didnt go public with the extent to which Russia was acting on behalf of Trump. He didnt want to sway the election or to appear impartial.

I can imagine that weighing heavily on anyone. Do you go public and risk validating Trump's claim of a rigged election?
