It's called the rule of 80. Age plus years in MO.

They do pay SS on outside work. My wife has 45 years of payments into the system. Should I pass away she can't draw mine.

They pay medicare.

There is no retiree health care.

They are paying 14.5% of their salary each month to retirement.
