But you would be blind to think that NK would enter a deal with the US when we are backing out of another after only 3 years and, according to the IAEA, only minor compliance issues.

Breaking the deal would be a bad idea if we want to consider the possibility of NK denuclearizing.

Did I say that in a way that was too complicated in my OP?
