JP will get a lot better

It is pretty easy to see for a scout to see that he will improve......his value will be in inside out passing, shot blocking and rebounding......he will also develop around the basket scoring because he has soft hands. While you are correct in there are no guarantees it is still very hard to imagine JP not getting much better in year 2......he would just now be a true freshman and would be the clear leader of this team if he chose to accept that role. This is not an easy decision but unlike MPJ it makes sense for him to stay. The way JP plays the injury risk is minimal.....he is not a high flyer nor a slash through the lane guy.....he doesn’t have amazing hops to begin with......if he is late first round this year then common sense tells you he has a great shot at top 10 next year.....especially since he will be our leading scorer coming back over the last part of the season
