1. Experienced coaches are simply unavailable - they don't exist and besides, we couldn't steal another SEC head coach we're just Mizzou.

2. If this team of EE recruits advances to the NCAA's we should ride the wave of that emotion to decide the long term fate of the program.

3. Because there are NO OTHER REASONABLE candidates, don't be surprised if the current roster lobbies heavily to keep the coach and volunteer to do the recruiting! Hey, Gina doesn't have this covered but current players do - let's recruit girls! Now, what would your reaction have been if you'd discovered EE was actively seeking help from the current roster to 'pick up the slack' and 'help recruit'.

I can't imagine a more wrong-headed approach in orienting the guiding lights for a program...
