A couple of points

1. Not certain where that 'experienced' coach might come from, but, not likely another SEC head coach.
2. If the team advances to the NCAA's, it will be an incredible feat with what this staff was left to resolve
3. Unless you can answer question 1 with an available name who would agree to come to COMO, and, should scenario depicted in 2 come to be, I can see a scenario where the team leaders put some pressure on Sterk and the Admin to (i) consider the progress made and, (ii) acknowledge that a female coach took them out of the swamp and, (iii) those players can be extraordinarily adept recruiting other talented players to join them.
Don't underestimate the leverage that the current group of players would have if this situation ends on a positive note this year.
