Amazon collects sales tax on their sales in every state that has a sales tax (i.e. they're exceeding the current law - see Quill). As Amazon states in their 10k, they support the move to REQUIRE all (other) companies (That would include trump) to do the same.

I believe that you hold yourself out as some form of an attorney (God help those clients); see Wayfair, which the SC will taking up (first look since Quill).

Pretty simple for Amazon - if they hadn't charged sales tax in the 45, they would have a huge exposure if Quill were ever overturned.

I can see why that business thing didn't work out, Low.
