the article stated that trumpstore.com collects sales tax on sales made to only 2 state FL & LA. That information is readily available on their web site.
I would say that at a minimum, the trumpstore is failing in it's New York state sales tax obligation - centralize management, state of NY corp hq for the trump organization - it will be pretty easy for the state of NY to make that determination.
So, who has the unfair advantage over brick & mortar stores, that trumpie was railing on? Amazon, who collects sales tax at the same rate as mom & pop - or trumpie, who makes sales in those other states without collecting sales tax.
If you're going to question Amazon's federal income taxes - which trumpie didn't, then lets see trumpie's return and compare effective tax rates.
