Wasn't intended to portray Sr as a bad guy, just to elaborate that in terms of managing a career and the assets at his disposal to date he has yielded what is surely the least amount of utility available to him. Not exactly a ringing endorsement towards future management of those careers.
Jr was widely considered to be a #1 pick even as a high schooler if he would have been allowed to come out, he was such a guaranteed difference maker. It would be an astounding development at this point if he is among the top 5 selections in this draft. That is a disaster in terms of a one year development. He could just as easily end up being Thomas Robinson as he could become Kevin Durant.
I just think its unfortunate. They will end up getting alot of money. But in terms of playing careers their shortest term approaches are not likely to play out well. Hope I'm wrong.
