To clarify, what occurred is actually what you are saying I alleged. It was just himself, Micheal, and Jontay that moved to Washington. His wife and the rest of the kids stayed in Columbia.

But there isn't any of the negative connotations you are attributing to that phrase, that is simply what happened.
