Do you know the man personally to make such a blanket statement, because im almost certain you dont know **** about Coach Irons. McKinney loves Mizzou(HCCM) and oh by the way, Tony Irons, Floyds son is Mario McKinney coach. People have made Floyd the straw man for Norms failure to or not caring about recruiting StL.

Coach Irons influence could only reach his players because other area coaches didn’t care for Coach Irons because of his winning(and recruiting/transfers), so maybe it was a Norm/StL issue and not a Floyd/Mizzou issue. I guess Coach Irons is the reason Ryan Robertson didnt go to Mizzou as well....

Coach Irons helped his kids make informed decisions when they didnt have the parental involvement or werent saavy enough to navigate big time college recruiting. Let the focus be on the current crop of kids and recruiting.The man hasn’t coached in almost 20 years, let it go!!
