I don't support chain migration and agree with the GOP that we should no longer have a lottery system that is designed to be fair to everyone. No other country does this.

But where I diverge is that I disagree with the idea of a wall as being effective. I've been out with the Border Patrol, have worked in a position where we prosecuted federal immigration violations. Things are different on the ground and the border patrol and ICE guys would tell you that.

And, again, is it okay to let people overstay through the air? No. Where's your solution for that, which is 40% of the problem. Why is this just about Latinos?
