Never ever underestimate the ingenuity of people who want to have a better life. The tunnels at the pinch points will just go deeper and be further in length. There are a host of environmental issues that will effect how the wall can be built.

Not to mention, when is the last time the US government took on an infrastructure project this vast and it was on budget. $25 billion could be a drop in the bucket. What if it costs $100 billion?

And it does nothing to stop the 40% of illegals who come in by air and overstay.
