It will keep most by far out. For one thing, and its
overlooked, if people, especially out of Central America, know its complete and effective, very many, especially women and kids, will never even leave home because of it, knowing the odds of success are so little. So they're kept out and won't even be counted for it.

BUT, will it be worth it? I question that, since there are so many far cheaper ways to, in total, keep people out, for reasons I've given many, many times.
