One month on and a week off can bring people huge weight loss, can pull you out of pre-diabetes and even diabetic levels. I'm down 22 lbs since the first of the year, so I'm just using it as a jump start, but will probably cylce on and off for about 6 months.
Plus I'm getting back into two-a day workouts. Morning body-weight workouts and evening cardio (BJJ).
