they don't even have to leave the state to recruit except maybe hitting up Georgia and Alabama.

Better long term job security, the staff was two losses away from probably being canned, I'm sure that was a stressful couple of months for those guys.

He'll also be heavily recruiting the state of Florida over the next few years, that has to help with building relationships and making contacts which could pay dividend's in the future.
