If all you want to do is say that the 70% figure is no longer accurate, I will stipulate that point. If you want to say that you think the number is much lower now, I won't say you are wrong, neither of us knows what the most current figures would be.

Those numbers are not spelled out for us in the government reports, but rather are buried in a multitude of assorted numbers often melded together, at least as far as what I have seen.
