isn't that easy, for me at least, and the benefit isn't worth the time and the effort.
The bottom line is that the government bureaucracy takes a huge chunk out of the money taken from the taxpayers to give to the poor...
The same is undoubtedly true for virtually all things the government spends its money on, certainly including the military, of course.
