Sounds an awful like an attempt at a denial without actually denying it.
If this were the 'apology' I received I would not be unsatisfied, but perhaps angrier.
It's okay, the photo in itself is outrageous and he can't try to blur the lines on that one. For a man to do that to a woman while she's asleep and then have the audacity to have it photographed is beyond outrageous, it's creepy.
I'm glad Franken's not from Missouri...
