Much truth in what you say. Even in the 60s when we were among the winningest programs of the decade we were generally thought of nationally as a nice little bunch of well coached overachievers. Never has a two time SEC division champion been considered less worthy than the '13/'14 Tigers. Part of the perception may be due to the fact that we can't consistently sell out the stadium even in our best years. It is troubling to see the continued respect that Tennessee, Texas A&M, Texas, and others get even though they haven't accomplished anything significant in a decade.
