there's another one who believes it's a sleeping giant. All it takes is finding the right guy, paying him what he wants/deserves and then supporting him in his job. Other programs have made even more dramatic turnarounds, including K-State, Northwestern back when Gary Barnett changed the culture there, Baylor (before Art Briles), TCU, Penn State in the last couple years, Washington, etc.
