that you don't bench players when necessary. I would like to see J'mon benched myself. J'mon is a senior - he ain't going anywhere. Management of playing time is one of the best ways to get players' attention. Also, having kids transfer is a good way of clearing out players who aren't going to do anything for the program. You don't want your best players to transfer and they are generally playing and happy. KA's problem was he couldn't keep even the good players that were playing. The best way to get the most of of kids is through competition - those who play the best and don't drop the passes, play more.
