head coach. However, I believe that Odom has a very good football mind (and that applies to all 3 sides of the ball), he is great with the kids and who else are you gonna get? He needs to be given the time necessary to show what he can do - whether that be two or three more years. I won't guarantee he will be successful, but I will guarantee that we should give him the time to try given who we would be able to get to replace him and how long would they stay if they were successful.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
