He seems to be the one that has his unit up and running like a well oiled machine.

I'm really disappointed to have a DC as a HC and yet see one of our worst defenses I've ever remembered seeing in modern times on the field.

2013 and 2014 we had some of the strongest defensive play in years, if not decades. Its been a huge reversal of fortunes for us.
