I think they were over-stimulated and prone to over-aggression instead of patience. These things are typical of young groups that lack leadership. The coaches can only do so much. There needs to be accountability on the field amongst each other. If they're practicing good, they need to find a way to translate that to the game. Simple things, yet important things. The talent is there. Just needs to be fine-tuned. This will be Odom's trial. If he fails to produce a defense capable of mediocrity, at minimum, I can't see his tenure here lasting past 2018.
