I just think it's weird that when Mizzou was moving to the SEC, all you heard Pinkel talking about was making the stadium bigger and the facilities nicer. I know this will mean the football facilities are nicer, and it'll move them to the football stadium itself, but the new design of the south end zone seems like a regression of that message--it looks pretty small, undermining the "we have to keep up" message of even moving to the SEC in the first place. I don't think Mizzou needs an 85,000 seat stadium, but there's a conflicting message here when this will reduce capacity to near the bottom of the league.
