The problem is that no one knows. If you base your opinions on the renderings, and this is all we have, then the project is a failure in my opinion when you compare it to what's going on in the SEC.

You build this, it will be outdated in less than 10 years if not quicker.

Again, all based on renderings. Hopefully, the project is more than what the renderings show.
