You compete for talent, so yeah we need to build. At the same time, you need facilities that helps with the development & health of that talent. So competition and improved functionality, along with improved aesthetics, are the big 3 goals.
I like the renderings & hope it looks just like that. I'd rather see a nice looking-full 71K stadium than a dump-huge stadium like Tennessee where the race to 100K was the only motivation.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
