They were under duress. I can't believe Boston gave up so much. If that Brooklyn pick turns into MPJ, they will look like short sighted fools, IMO.
Ainge had been patient, while the media was clamoring for him to trade in his assets for a current star. I was thinking that he had merely delayed using the picks until a class with the right superstars came along. Now, he trades away a key asset right before MPJ, Bagley, etc. come out, and for a PG who plays no defense.
