good years, and the problem is even worse, because of the abundance of options which were not available even 10 years ago.

Elliot went to OSU because the Mizzou fan base didn't come out like the fans in Columbus and show him the love he thought he deserved. This is a pervasive issue, that goes beyond fleeting interest of college students and wins and losses.
