I met someone who wanted to renew their season tickets but accidently missed the 'deadline' set by the AD...the process eventually let her get the seats she wanted but was more work than it should be considering the situation the football program is in. It's not like they were good seats either, in the South end zone. At a minimum you'd think the AD would reach out to anyone who hadn't renewed to try and get them to reconsider.
