recognized as valid in the Constitution and included in the powers of Congress. Immigration law is in the Law of Nations and the Law of Nations is in the Constitution. Therefor the power to make immigration law is in the Constitution.
If A is in B and B is in C then A is in C. Simple logic.
A=immigration law; B=Law of Nations; C=Constitution.
You can't get around it.
