against with respect to getting a license plate to drive on public highways.
#2. What if your parents add your name to the title of the home... and you never sign any HOA papers. Then, when they die the home is now yours. You own it. You never signed any HOA papers.
But they say that YOUR home is within their geographical boundaries, and by their rules you are subject to them now and forever... and you can never secede from their authority.
Pickle says that it is coercion/extortion to force him to sign documents saying he's a citizen to get a passport. Why is forcing you to abide by the rules of an HOA you don't like nor ever agreed to be bound by in order to enjoy the use of a home that YOU OWN any different?
