So for an object to land 200m from the base of the building it would need an initial horizontal speed of about 19.8 m/s or about 44 mph.
You asked what force could cause this without the mass of the object in question there is no way to know but 44 mph is not much of an initial speed and could achieved by ten year child throwing a baseball out a window at a height of 500 m.
