I've seen it happen many times. Counsel hired, counsel doesn't file entry, no shows, doesn't let client know to show, both miss court date, counsel gets fired, new counsel hired and enters next day. Very plausible and possible.

Bond was revoked.

"Defendant failed to appear in Court on this day, the Court declares a forfeiture of the bond" Docket entry from 7/12
