Of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid { Felony D RSMo: 579.015 }

You can believe the radio or the charge sheet, or maybe the complaint:

The Prosecuting Attorney of the County of Boone, State of Missouri, upon information and
belief, charges that the defendant: In violation of Section 579.015, RSMo, committed the class D
felony
of possession of a controlled substance, punishable upon conviction under Sections 558.002
and 558.011, RSMo, in that on or about June 14, 2017, in the County of Boone, State of Missouri,
the defendant knowingly possessed psilocybin (mushrooms), a controlled substance, knowing of its
presence and nature.
