"I asked Howard ifthere was anything else in the vehicle. Howard
looked down at his center censole and stated "No." I asked Howard to step out ofthe vehicle and he
was cooperative. I advised Howard that at this time he was being detained so I could conduct a
probable cause search ofthe vehicle. He advised he understood."

Anybody see a problem with this? LOL
