I'm sure if you look at revenue, fan interest, facilities, and a lot of other metrics the Mizzou AD improved substantially over his tenure here. He took a terrible football program and turned it into a very good program that warranted inclusion in the SEC. At the end of the day that will be Alden's legacy.
People will forgot about his terrible hiring of Kim and will judge his basketball tenure as a whole which was decent. His coaches made 10 tourney in 17 years with two elite 8s. In the 17 years before he arrived, Norm made 12 tourneys with one elite 8.
