cause an undue burden on retail businesses.

The fact that I'm holding money for the state and county for every sale I make is enough. I don't feel like I should have to collect twice as much again and get the federal government on my ass for even more stuff for free.

If I got to keep a percentage of it for the service I'm providing as tax collector I might change my mind.
