I would prefer no sales tax

And 12% on income tax. 0% on capital gains, estate, etc. and no property tax



I think if I sold something for a certain price, the 30% tax add on may scare away buyers but knowing you're getting taxed at 12% won't make people earn less money because that number is the same whether you make 10k or 100k.

Just my opinion.
