saying they would form a TV distribution partnership.

tmcats knows that none of the P4 conferences would invite K-State to join as a member.

I don't even think KU would get an invite from any of the P4 leagues, if the Big12 collapses. UT and OU are desirable, and TTU and oSu might get invites as package deals to form the Pac-16 (the arrangement that almost happened in 2010, but got nixed by UT at the last minute).
