Maryland Heights & Chesterfield not withstanding.
Chesterfield is providing some infrastructure at Chesterfield Airport Rd & Olive & Mia Rosa Holding who is developing the Chesterfield 3 Rink, 20 Locker Room Complex is expecting a profit, some of which they have said they will put back towards expansion of the facility & other ancillary revenue stream generating development.
The Chesterfield rink has already have agreements with the AAA Blues & the Chesterfield Falcons & will hosts many youth programs.
****They also already have 10 year deals in place to sell the ice (Sponsorship deals for the ice & boards on all 3 ice sheets) See: 1 example of Ancilary Income Opportunities!!
As far as the Blues complex in Maryland Heights. This isn't your local 1 sheet community ice rink, lmao!!
Think more along the lines of what the Cowboys have done with "The Star" in Frisco, TX (a suburb of Dallas). Not on the same exact scale of course due to the Cowboys & the NFL, & well, the Great State of Texas but definitely in the same spirit & vision! The Stars have been doing this since at least 1998 too on a lesser scale (compex wise) with multiple Dr. Pepper Star Centers across the Metroplex
That is the present & future of Professional Team practice facilities &/or game facilities!!
I'm providing the Blues with one of these ancillary revenue streams, so I can assure they will have additional revenue stream & make profits !!!!!
Oh & Hotels, Restaurants, Meeting Rooms, Retail, etc, etc!
