bad names, including the N word.
It's not nice, it should not be done, there should be efforts to stop it.
Six minutes describing the horrors of the word. Describing how Adam Jones, the target is a good decent wonderful hard-working guy who just wants to make a living to support his family.
Lots of furrowd brows, lots of handwringing lots of outrage by the announcers.
He had said before that baseball is a white man's game. The announcer said there are only 62 blacks in the major leagues on opening day. Prejudice, on top of insult, on top of name-calling, on top of bigotry on top of racism.
In case you think they did enough, Stephen A Hole will opine on this in a few minutes.
It's not nice, it should be stopped as any vulgarities or profanity shouted from the stands should be.
In my opinion, when the stories make headlines, even on liberal ESPN it makes things worse not better.
