This isn't a wheel that has to be invented dude.
They pay aprox 8% of gdp for better health care than we have today.
We are almost at 21% of GDP for health care in this country and 25% is not far off with the dummies in charge of congress and the white house.
That is 1 in every 4 dollars of our economy tied to an inefficient health care system instead of creating new high tech sustainable employment.
It isn't a new thing. The rest of the developed world is laughing their ass off at our incompetence.
