Doctor prescribes treatment.

We as a group of citizens pay the bill after the first couple thousand dollars each year.

Health care costs go down about 14%.

We take that savings and do good things with it as a nation.

If as a doctor, provider, or patient you defraud the system. YOU LOSE COVERAGE FOREVER and YOUR LICENSE.
