that dense? Appreciation of the value of an asset that is either sold or inherited has not previously been taxed. Those are called CAPITAL GAINS.
You certainly are not intelligent enough to interpret what I like/don't like - I'm presenting theory/and the rationale behind policy. The aspect that I DO NOT LIKE, is folks like you (that are clueless) advocated that one source of revenue (gains) not be subject to tax, while the labors of working people are taxed (and the labors are already taxed a significantly higher rates.)
