Of Kim Anderson. He didn't just walk in and take the job, the University had to give it to him. I say University because it was a failed hire by everyone involved. Kim simply took his dream opportunity and I don't blame him at all.
The University was brain dead on that hire and decided to roll the dice against every possible indicator that it wouldn't work out. There is too much at stake in today's sports world to make a "feel good" hire, when that is the only positive reason for making the hire. It's why I have also been concerned with the Odom hire. But again, I don't blame Odom.
Kim was in way over his head and we just need to learn from that mistake and hopefully not ever make it again.
