I think Haith is probably a great guy to be around, and is probably a great guy in general. He just isn't a very good coach. It's not fun being a disciplinarian. It sucks having to correct bad behavior. But it is also what is best for the individual that has a chance to learn from their mistakes. Haith wasn't a disciplinarian. He didn't have control of his teams.

Either that, or he just flat out not very smart when it comes to basketball. But I tend to doubt that is the case.
